Hot Stone Massage

A full body hot stone massage. Combining the effects of thermotherapy and the strokes of massage to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. Benefits Include; increased local circulation, improved blood flow, detoxification and a deep sense of well-being. An ideal treatment for sore and aching muscles.

The stones are placed on areas of the body initially, but are also used as an extension of the therapists hands and are worked into the muscle during the massage; creating deep muscle relaxation.
